Data Rights and Retention

Selected pilot participants can ask Satya to access, correct, restrict, withdraw, or review deletion of borrower information tied to their application.

Available requests

  • Access: ask what borrower information is associated with your application reference.
  • Correction: ask Satya to fix or annotate information that is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Withdrawal: ask Satya to stop using consented information where withdrawal is available.
  • Deletion review: ask Satya to delete information when it is no longer required for the pilot, legal, audit, security, complaint, or partner accountability reasons.
  • Restriction: ask Satya to pause review while a privacy, security, or complaint issue is assessed.

How to submit a request

Use the support path provided in your invitation or application receipt. Include the application reference, a short description of the request, and a safe way to contact you. Do not send extra sensitive details unless support asks for them through an approved channel.

Identity confirmation

Satya may need to confirm that the requester is linked to the application before fulfilling a data request. This protects selected participants from unauthorized changes or disclosure.

Retention approach

  • Active application records are kept while review, support, complaint, and partner accountability work is in progress.
  • Audit and security records may be kept longer when needed to show who took an action, detect misuse, or meet legal obligations.
  • Information no longer needed for pilot operation should be minimized, de-identified, or removed according to the accepted retention schedule.
  • Deletion requests can be limited by legal hold, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security investigation, accounting, or partner obligations.

Response expectations

Satya will acknowledge requests through the approved support path and route them for human review. Complex requests may take longer when partner, legal, security, or identity confirmation steps are required.
