This is Satya, Nepal's multi-bank loan marketplace. One application, multiple banks, better possibilities.

Applying for a loan often means starting the same conversation again, at every bank. With Satya, you prepare one application, Satya reads your documents, you choose where to share it, and you compare the offers you receive in one place.

One application, checked by the borrower, goes only to the banks they choose. The platform connects; each bank decides.

Meet Bikash. He needs five lakh rupees to improve his home. Let's follow his application, from the first upload to the payout. Bikash signs in with his Google account, and sets up a personal workspace. First, he decides whether Satya may process his documents. That permission is separate from sharing anything with a bank. His workspace keeps it simple: he uploads, Satya reads, and he confirms. He stays in control of every correction, and of what gets shared.

The application asks one question at a time, and only for the documents that apply to him. He uploads his marriage certificate. Satya reads the names, and he checks each person before confirming. He compares every detail with the original, in English and in Nepali, corrects anything that doesn't look right, and confirms. Pledging land? Satya reads his Lalpurja too, so the plot and ownership details are ready for him to check.

He asks for five lakh rupees, repaid over thirty-six months.

Nothing is shared until he says so. Before anything is shared, he reviews the whole application, section by section. He chooses where it goes: specific banks, or every eligible bank shown. When he submits, Satya sends this confirmed application and its documents only to the banks he selected.

Now, the bank's side. At the bank, it arrives as an organized application: borrower details, documents and the loan request, together. The underwriter sees what the applicant declared beside the documents they submitted, with a prompt for what to check first. If something is missing, the bank asks for it, and the request stays connected to the application.

Satya's risk insights show a score, and the figures behind it. A score supports the review; it is not a loan approval. Each bank applies its own checks, credit policy and pricing, and makes its own lending decision.

Back to Bikash. When banks respond with offers, they come back to one place, each with its amount, rate and validity. He looks beyond the rate, compares the full terms, and accepts the offer that's best for him.

Then, the payout. His chosen bank guides him through the remaining paperwork. Once its conditions are met, the bank pays out the loan, and Bikash receives the amount as agreed. The bank handles the payment; Satya does not transfer funds.

For banks and financial institutions, Satya is a new channel for your lending team. Applications arrive organized, you can follow up on what's missing, and you keep control of pricing, conditions and approval.

Behind every loan is a life moving forward: a home improvement, a family vehicle, a personal goal. With less repetition and clearer choices, in a service built for Nepal's documents and language, more people can take that step with a licensed lender.

For oversight, that means consent on record, preserved submissions, and isolated, audited access. Satya is a marketplace, not a bank, and it does not move money: participating banks keep their lending decisions and regulatory responsibilities. Satya. One application. Multiple banks. Better possibilities. Start your application, or partner with Satya, at satyafinancial.com.

He starts a personal loan, and reviews exactly what he is agreeing to. Nothing is sent to a bank until he gives consent. The application asks one question at a time, and only for the documents that apply to him. He uploads his marriage certificate. Satya reads the names, and he checks each person before confirming. The banks take a look. Each bank reviews his application, and may ask him for more information, right inside the case. Each bank applies its own checks, and makes its own lending decision.

Then it's his turn. When banks respond with offers, they come back to one place, each with its amount, rate and validity. He looks beyond the rate, compares the full terms, and accepts the offer that's best for him.

Use it in English or Nepali. Most applications take about fifteen minutes. Your details are shared with banks only with your permission, and you decide which offer, if any, to accept. One application. Multiple banks. Better possibilities. Start your application at satyafinancial.com.

Satya for Banks and Financial Institutions

For banks, hire-purchase companies and other financial institutions: meet your next borrower through organized applications, follow up where information is missing, and keep every lending decision.

For banks, hire-purchase companies and other financial institutions: meet your next borrower, on your terms.

For banks and financial institutions, Satya is a new channel for your lending team. Applications arrive organized, you can follow up on what's missing, and you keep control of pricing, conditions and approval.

Borrowers prepare one application and choose which institutions receive it. It reaches you only with their permission.

Before it reaches you, the application is prepared. The borrower uploads their documents, Satya reads them, and the borrower compares every detail with the original, corrects it, and confirms. Property documents, like the Lalpurja, are read and confirmed by the borrower too. For vehicle finance, the borrower brings the dealer's quotation, so you can understand the vehicle, the price and the proposed down payment alongside the application.

They choose which institutions receive it, and consent before anything is shared.

Then it reaches your team. Applications shared with your institution arrive organized: borrower details, documents and the loan request, together. Your team sees what the applicant declared beside the documents they submitted, with a prompt for what to check first. Property documents arrive with the application, along with what the applicant confirmed.

If information is missing, ask for it. Requests stay connected to the application. Risk insights bring four categories into one score, and show the figures behind it. Your bank can set its own weights. A score supports your review; it is not an approval.

And the decision stays yours. Your bank applies its own verification, credit policy and pricing, and makes its own lending decision. Your offer appears in one place, beside any others, where the borrower compares the full terms. When a borrower accepts your offer, you continue with them through your own process, and your bank handles the payment.

Trust is built in.

Access is tied to authorized roles and the applications shared with you. Submissions are preserved, file access is audited, and Satya does not sell personal information.

A new channel, with a familiar decision-maker: you. We welcome conversations with Nepal Rastra Bank–licensed banks and hire-purchase companies. Partner with Satya at satyafinancial.com.

Satya for Regulators

How Satya keeps consent on record, preserves every submitted application and keeps each bank's access separate, while licensed lenders keep their lending decisions and regulatory responsibilities.

Satya is Nepal's multi-bank loan marketplace. The platform connects borrowers with licensed lenders, and the lenders decide.

Behind every loan is a life moving forward: a home improvement, a family vehicle, a personal goal. With less repetition and clearer choices, in a service built for Nepal's documents and language, more people can take that step with a licensed lender.

A borrower prepares one application, checks it, and chooses which partner institutions may receive it. Nothing is shared without consent.

Consent comes first. Permission to process documents is explicit, and separate from permission to share anything with a bank. Document reading assists data entry. Extracted details go to the borrower to check and correct; they never make a lending decision. The borrower sees which banks will receive the application before agreeing to share it.

At submission, the exact application, its evidence and declarations are preserved as a snapshot. Later changes are updates, never silent replacements.

Inside each bank. Each bank sees only the applications shared with it, through authorized roles. Another bank's private work stays private. Reviewers see declared details beside the submitted documents, and file access and application actions are audited. Risk insights support the bank's assessment. A score is not an approval, and not a substitute for the bank's own checks.

Each participating bank stays responsible for its own verification, due diligence, credit policy, pricing, approval, disbursement and regulatory obligations. Borrowers compare any offers in one place, including fees, repayments and the total cost. And when a loan is paid out, the bank handles the payment. Satya does not transfer funds.

For oversight, that means consent on record, preserved submissions, and isolated, audited access. Satya is a marketplace, not a bank, and it does not move money: participating banks keep their lending decisions and regulatory responsibilities.

For Nepal, that is a clearer path to formal credit: less repetition for borrowers, transparent comparison between lenders, Nepali documents and language, and a digital channel that licensed lenders control. One application. Multiple banks. Better possibilities. We would welcome the opportunity to show you more. Visit satyafinancial.com.
